I’m on my way!
Unexpectedly feeling rather excited about the whole journey now. Whatever I had going on physically and mentally recently seems to have dissipated after a deep wound came up to be healed a few days ago – not fully there yet but I’m on my way!
It must be the Courage Light Essence I’m taking.
This essence has given me the courage
The Courage Essence has supported me in going right to my edges. It activated a journey of realising how deep my defences had rooted. From early childhood, my teen years, navigating the work environment as an adult right through to motherhood & beyond. I could feel where I had shut down & put up walls.
It helped me see the unconscious ways I still had my guard up & held me gently so I could heal & let go.
Ultimately this essence has given me the courage to face myself in the most profound way & to set myself free from very old patterns of survival that were still running & creating limitation.
I also used the Peace & Love Essences with this healing. They provided the perfect balance between deep healing & support for the emotional release.
